Sweet Cream

Mocha Cold Brew

cold brew coffee

cocoa powder

Instructions
Cherry Compote
Combine the cherries, sugar, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Let the mixture simmer until reduced and thickened slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Set aside and let cool completely.
Sweet Cream
In a medium bowl, whisk together the half and half, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Evenly distribute the sweet cream among the popsicle cavities.
Freeze for 45-60 minutes.
Evenly distribute the cherries among the popsicle cavities, over the partially frozen sweet cream mixture. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Mocha Cold Brew
Whisk together the cold brew and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Whisk until the mixture is hot and the cocoa powder is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove the pan from the heat. Whisk in half and half, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
The mixture should be room temperature. If it is still warm, let it cool to room temperature.
Divide the mocha cold brew mixture among the popsicle cavities over the partially frozen cherry mixture.
Place the mold lid on top, insert popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours to freeze completely.
Remove the popsicles from the mold when ready to serve.
Notes
Popsicles can be stored in the freezer at for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
